2020 March – My painting “Lena” has become a part of the Satandard Chartered Bank’s wonderful global art collection collection, which includes over 750 portraits. The work is displayed in a London office.
Bank collects paintings from all over the world with great passion and understanding of art.
Standard Chartered repost: Polish artist Marta Zawadzka uses bold colour to explore the dynamics of modern life. Her work ‘Lena’ uses fluorescent paint and long-lasting dyes to captures a moment of tranquillity in a life that is constantly in motion. This work is the most recent addition to our art collection which focuses on portraiture and the connections that embody Standard Chartered.
2020 March – My painting “Her Face” has become a part of the Satandard Chartered Bank’ wonderful global art collection
Rovena Everson (CEO Poland [&] Head GBS Poland at Standard Chartered Bank) : Art enriches the environment where we live and work. In these challenging times, where health and safety are a key priority, it’s important to remind ourselves of the beauty around us and how art can lift our spirits. This is why I am thrilled to be able to share with you the news that Standard Chartered Poland will be displaying a unique painting by Marta Zawadzka, a Warsaw-based, Polish artist. I have had the opportunity to view some of Martha’s work and enjoy the way she uses vibrant colour and free movement to explore the dynamics of modern life. This portrait of a young woman, created with the use of fluorescent paint and long-lasting dyes, will be displayed at our new office, The Warsaw HUB, where we will relocate later this year. Together with another piece by Marta, which has already been displayed in our head office in London, this painting has recently been added to Standard Chartered’s wonderful global art collection, which includes over 750 portraits displayed in 27 of offices across our global network.

2020 March – Standard Chartered Bank invited me to London to celebrate International Women’s Day 2020

It was a great distinction and honor for me to shere my professional experience in the art market which for centuries has been mainly represented by men and also about changes that are now taking place in the context of gender equality.
